satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your framed poster.
2. Eligibility & Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your framed poster must meet the following criteria:
It must be in the same condition that you received it (no scratches on the frame, no tears or
creases in the poster, and no cracked glass/acrylic).
It must be packed securely in its original packaging (including protective corners and bubble
wrap) to prevent damage during transit.
Custom-printed posters or personalized designs are considered Final Sale and cannot be
returned unless they arrive damaged.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees
are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and
purchasing shipping insurance. If the framed poster is damaged during return transit due to
poor packaging or carrier handling, we will not be able to issue a refund.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Email our support team at MSURRETT80@GMAIL.COM with your order number and the reason
for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Carefully pack the item, purchase your shipping label from your preferred carrier, and mail the
package.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have
received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on
the condition of the frame and print.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your framed poster arrives damaged or broken due to transit, please contact us within 48
hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the outer packaging. We will gladly arrange a
free replacement for you.
